Conference ‘Splendid Encounters 11. Remapping Decisions. Governmental Decisions in Early Modern Diplomatic Relations between the Ottoman Empire and Europe’
The eleventh conference in the series of events on the history of diplomacy in the early modern era and late medieval period, “Splendid Encounters 11. Remapping Decisions. Governmental Decisions in Early Modern Diplomatic Relations between the Ottoman Empire and Europe,” will be held in Vienna on 27-28 April. This year, in addition to IH PAN, the organizers include the PAN Scientific Centre in Vienna and the Institute for Habsburg and Balkan Studies of the Austrian Academy of Sciences (IHB ÖAW). The conference is coordinated by Dr Anna Kalinowska (Department of Early Modern History).
