REQUIREMENTS:

Master’s degree in History,
research experience and scientific achievements confirmed by publications in the field of research on History (also works accepted for publishing), appropriate to the age of candidate,
research experience in the field of settlement networks, also knowledge of social and legal realities in Middle Ages and early modern History,
research experience in working with historical sources (especially manuscripts),
a planned or commenced PhD dissertation in the field of History,
knowledge of Medieval Latin (good),
knowledge of Medieval Latin paleography (excellent),
knowledge of Polish language (excellent) and English or German (good),
consent to be included in the number of employees conducting research activity during the employment period, i.e. in the number N for the purposes of the algorithm for allocating the base subsidy to statutory activity.

Candidates are requested to submit the following documents*:

letter of application for employment addressed to the Director of the Institute,
Curriculum Vitae,
a copy of the MA diploma,
information on scientific achievements and the list of publications,
candidate’s declaration that if successfully selected for the position, IH PAN will be their primary place of work,
