Professor IH PAS of the Section for the 19th and 20th centuries at the Polish Biographical Dictionary Department at the Tadeusz Manteuffel Institute of History of the Polish Academy of Sciences (Cracow)

The Candidate should:
1. Have a post-doctoral degree (“habilitation”).
2. Have a broad research experience as well as excellent research achievements within the field of Polish history of 19th and 20th century, in range of issues addressed by the Department of the Polish Biographical Dictionary, in particular of the tasks of The 19th and 20th centuries Section.
3. Have experience in biographical researches and related knowledge of archival sources/archives in Poland and Central Europe.
4. Have a documented experience in research and editorial team work.
5. Have (at least) a good command of spoken and written Russian and German.
6. Candidate should also declare his / her consent to be included in the number of employees conducting scientific activity in the Institute during the employment period (that is, the number N for the needs of the allocation of basic grant funds for statutory activities).
